In 2014, University of Applied Sciences Utrecht needed a market analysis and business plan to test the robustness and market attractiveness for one of their products. We scanned the market, interviewed internal experts, used our own information and financial modeling and wrote an extensive document. We presented the outcome to the members of the Board and discussed these with them.

In 2015, we analyzed one of the business units as well as the market it was operating in, and made suggestions for further optimizations.
